The President General of the Anjuman Sunnat-ul-Jamaat Association, Haji Yacoob Ali, Trustees, Executive Members, Regional Chairmen and Chairmen of all committees, extend Eid-ul-Fitr 2014 greetings and best wishes for the Blessings of Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala to all our Muslim brothers and sisters and their families , to all citizens of our country Trinidad and Tobago and to all our brothers and sisters throughout the muslim world. May our efforts during this blessed and noble month of Ramadan 2014 be accepted by Allah Ta'aala and may He grant us all peace, contentment, Taqwa in our hearts,and true Iman or faith in Him. May our brothers and sisters of the entire Ummah who are suffering under the tests of oppression, hunger, homelessness, war, prejudice and all other forms of tribulations receive Shifa or relief and may their Imaan remain firm with patience. As we look forward to the time of visiting the House of Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala on the Hajj, may those who are blessed to go have a successful and accepted Hajj 2014.

The Asja Archives & Museum which recently presented a successful three week National Exhibition on Indian Arrival in collaboration with the National Archives of Trinidad and Tobago at Asja Haji Shafik Rahaman Education Complex at Charlieville ,wishes to thank all who assisted and visited and to wish Allah's blessings on everyone. The Asja Archives & Museum will be temporarily relocating to the ground floor at the former Marhaba Restaurant location pending completion of new building. ASJA's Historic Islamic Archives and Museum was formally opened on Saturday April 14th, 2012, at Asja's Haji Shafik Rahaman Education Complex, Asja Avenue, Charlieville, by the Acting Prime Minister, the Honourable Mr. Winston Dookeran.
The Archives and Museum features numerous items of interest. Brothers and Sisters are however, still requested to donate items such as old books, photographs, documents, Islamic clothing and other islamic items, antique household items, old islamic magazines, artefacts etc.
We also need information to continue documenting and updating the history of Islam, muslims, asja, and their contributions to civilisation. Information is also needed on our past pioneers, history of our masaajid, imams, schools, etc.
